Koh Thas
Along with its private partners, DEVENCO has acquired a 99 year concession of this 100 hectare island situated in Kompong Som, also known as Sihanoukville. Located only 8km from the coast, Koh Thas is a pristine island with numerous beaches and elevations. Current plans aim to build a resort and private villas.
Koh Por
Situated in Krong Kep, Koh Por is a 50 hectare island that boasts a one of a kind composition. Only 10 km from the Cambodian coast, this island is the very last before the Vietnamese border. Bio Organic Fertilizer (BOF) is the first organic fertilizer factory established in Cambodia. BOF plans to produce eleven thousand tons of fertilizer by the end of 2011. BOF fertilizer is based on a standardized formula of animal waste and plant waste heated and introduced with a microorganism.
